By accessing or using the DecorAI application and website (the "Service") operated by Rocket Digital Limited("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to upload photos of their rooms and generate redesigned versions using various interior design styles. The Service is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android, as a web application, and through our website at https://www.decorai.garden.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

DecorAI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider via RevenueCat.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of the respective app stores.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice.

5. User Content

By uploading photos or other content to DecorAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

  • You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.
  • AI-generated designs are provided for personal use and planning purposes.
  • Do not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content

The designs generated by DecorAI are created using artificial intelligence and are intended for inspiration and planning purposes. Please note:

  • AI-generated designs are approximations and may not reflect exact real-world results.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or feasibility of any design suggestions.
  • You should consult with qualified professionals before undertaking any renovations based on AI-generated designs.
  • Furniture and decor items shown in generated designs may not represent specific purchasable products.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
